Come and join Gary this Summer on the magical Farne Islands to photograph the abundant Sea birds that inhabit the Islands, such as arctic terns, razorbills, guillemots, eider duck, shags and of course everyones favourite The Puffin. Plus the all day boat trip will take us past the Grey Seal colonies around the Islands.
For this year Gary is using a new Boat Operator, which uses Catamaran boats, which allow photographers to be able to stand with plenty of room to photograph from the boat as we cruise around the Islands.
This is an all day trip, starting at about 9.30am and finishing back at Seahouses 4-4.30pm. It includes landing on Staple Island and Inner farne both for 2 hours, giving plenty of time to photograph the thousands of Puffins that inhabit the Islands.
The Farnes are truly one of the best places to visit to photograph Puffins, which are literally feet in front of you, giving you the opportunity to return home with as many shots as you like of these enigmatic birds and the many other sea birds that inhabit the islands.
Gary will be with you every step of the way to ensure that you have the best opportunity to get the best images possible, looking at setttings, technique composition etc.
